Last week a video of Drake visiting a little girl in the hospital went VIRAL. Her name is Sofia Sanches, she’s a heart patient and she had two birthday wishes. One was to meet drake and she FREAKED OUT when he walked in.
The other wish was to get a new heart and learned on Sunday she will be getting the heart transplant she needs to survive. Her cousin posted the video talking about her birthday wishes and the mom told her the news!
