Avocado Pudding

The first time I heard of this recipes I was like EW. But it was one of Kourtney Kardashian's go-to's for breakfast and I would imagine that those Kardashian's eat very well so I thought I would give it a shot.

Now it's one of my staples on a Saturday morning. Even my son loves to gobble it up.

Don't let the poo like texture scare you off. It's delish. And if you have a Bullet or a Ninja blender its also super easy to make.

Recipe:

- 1 ripe avocado 

- 1 packet of  Stevia (or natural sweetener of your choice)

- 1/2 cup of almond milke

Blend and top with coconut flakes and almonds or toppings of your choice.
