The Troubled Past Of The Texas Shooter Continues To Emerge

As it turns out, there were a number of warning signs about the man who shot up a Texas church, killing 26 parishoners and injuring 20 more.

Prior to his domestic violence conviction and incarceration on that charge, the shooter also escaped a mental health facility in 2012 as he awaited his court martial on the domestic violence charges. The man now known for the carnage in Texas was then described as "suffering from mental disorders.”

Former Cy Young Winner Killed In Plane Crash

R.I.P

Former Major League Baseball pitcher Roy Halladay has died in a plane crash yesterday afternoon in the Gulf of Mexico. He was just 40 years old. Halladay was an eight-time All-Star and two-time Cy Young Award winner over his 16-year career with the Phillies and Blue Jays.

The Pasco County, Florida Sheriff's Office later confirmed the information and said that says the light sport aircraft crashed into the Gulf about 10-miles west of St. Petersburg about 1-pm local time.

Zara Responds to Factory Workers Sewing Pleas for Help in Their Clothing

Factory workers who make clothing for Zara placed cries for help inside garments in an Istanbul store stating that they had not been paid.  The tags read: “I made this item you are going to buy, but I didn’t get paid for it.” 

Now the company has issued a response saying hat the factory workers were employed by a third-party manufacturer, Bravo — and the Bravo factory owner disappeared suddenly, leaving the workers without pay. To rectify the situation, Inditex is setting up a"hardship fund" to cover losses.
