The toll that Harvey is taking on Texas is so devastating!
The storm has dumped 11 trillion gallons of rain over the state and by the time Harvey dissipates, the state will have seen 25 trillion gallons of rain. Officials have said "The word catastrophic does not appropriately describe what we're facing. We just don't know when it's going to end."
The death toll is now up to seven people with more than 30,000 people needing to take shelter. there are now 62 counties under Texas disaster declaration.
