I love a good notes list. I have a running grocery list that i've shared with my husband so we can both add to it and reference it when we go shopping, but there are serveral other apps that you should keep in your phone to help boost your mood & keep you organized.

- packing checklist
- Time confetti-- this is an idea list of things you can do instead of doom scrolling when you get a few extra minutes. example: text a friend, do some squats, etc. (more ideas below)
