New Study Claims Having A Sense Of Humor Add Eight Years To Your Life

Turns out looking at the bright side of life can add some extra years to your life!

According to behavioral psychology research, having a healthy sense of humor can help in both business and life as well and that those with a sense of humor lived an average of eight years longer than those who didn't have a sense of humor.

Apparently when we laugh with someone, we get a "cocktail of hormones" that strengthen our emotional bonds in a way that wouldn't otherwise be possible. Studies show it makes us more resilient, creative, and resourceful.
