Marvel Will Release 'What If...?' Season 2 During The Holidays

It's wild to think it's already been TWO YEARS since Marvel’s What If...? premiered on Disney Plus, but get ready for a holiday treat because the show's second season will be releasing just in time for Christmas!

Marvel Studios just announced that the show's second season will be premiering on December 22nd and instead of getting a new episode every week, we will instead be getting a NEW episode for nine straight days through New Year's Eve!

The trailer, which you can see below, not only announces the 9-day-long event, but also shows off a secret Avengers team in the 1980s, a Renaissance-era version of the MCU, and Tony Stark racing Jeff Goldblum's The Grandmaster in a Spy Kids 3-style race.

We'll also be treated to a MCU-version of Die Hard with Jon Favreau's Happy Hogan trying to save Avengers Tower on Christmas Day so if you're bored during the holidays at least you have this to entertain you!

You can also see the show's Christmas-themed poster below!!
