Turns out that no matter how much you shower and how much cologne/perfume you use that you're going to end up smelling like your friends!

According to a new study from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel your body odor and ability to smell can actually impact who your platonic friends are of the same sex.

Researchers compared friends who "clicked" or had a strong sense of bonding to pairs of strangers grouped based on scent and found that friends who "clicked" were more likely to have similar body odor.

What this means is that over time or when you first connect with someone that smell does play a small factor in everything.

So if you're looking for different friends then you might want to change the smell of your body wash!
