Who doesn’t love a good cocktail?
Sure there may be folks who are strictly beer and wine drinkers, but cocktails, especially in the summer, can be a great way to keep the party going! However, it turns out what cocktail you prefer may depend on what state you live in!
Our friends at Guilty Eats ranked some of the most popular cocktails in every state of the US and surprisingly a mimosa ranked as the top cocktail of choice in Maryland! Here were the top cocktails chosen for every state in the DMV (and our neighboring states):
- Delaware - The Manhattan
- Maryland - Mimosas
- Pennsylvania - Pimm's and Lemonade
- Virginia - A Dark and Stormy
- West Virginia - A White Russian
Unfortunately, DC didn't make the list, but what do you think would be the official cocktail of The District??
