Finding the right playlist or podcast to listen to while working out is no easy venture because you want to have the right tempo of song or upbeat personality to listen to while trying to improve your fitness, but listening to Dua Lipa or Harry Styles might help!
A new study by Pure Gym found that not only can your workout results increase by as much as 37% depending on the type of music you listened to, but Dua Lipa was actually the top artist people added to their playlists to get a better workout.
It makes sense too because most of Dua Lipa's songs have an increased tempo or bpm (beats per minute) compared to other artists so you'd be able to do more reps or run a little faster while listening to songs like "Levitating" or "One Kiss."
Harry Styles was a close-second and you can see some of the other artists that people claimed helped them increase their gym performance below:
