A Zoo Hired A Marvin Gaye Impersonator To Get Monkeys in the Mood

Turns out Valentine's Day isn't just a holiday for humans because a zoo in England is going viral for hiring a Marvin Gaye impersonator to help its monkeys "get in the mood!"

The Trentham Monkey Forest in Stafford, England actually hired a Marvin Gaye impersonator to sing for its Barbary macaque habitat and he sang all the hits like "Sexual Healing" and "Let's Get It On" to help the monkeys show affection to one another.

Who knows if it actually worked or not, but with the Barbary macaques being endangered it definitely wouldn't hurt to play them romantic music. Zoologists say that we'll know if it worked by late spring when the birthing season begins, but fingers crossed it worked!
