When was the last time you sang in the shower? If it's been a while, then you might want to start doing it again to feel happier!
According to a new study, singing your favorite song in the shower for multiple days in a row can not only make you feel happier, but also more alert and energized compared to not singing at all.
Apparently when you’re singing you are also breathing more deeply than usual which boosts your oxygen levels and tells your body to relax instead of tensing up for the day ahead (even if you're a morning or night showerer).
