The Next Mario Kart Lets You Control A RC Car While Playing The Game

Earlier this week we got a surprise Nintendo Direct and we found out that the next Mario Kart will allow players to drive a physical car in real life when racing other players!

The new game is called Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit and will allow players to set up courses inside their home to create the race world and then race in that world on your Nintendo Switch.

It's all possible thanks to an RC car that you buy that comes with a camera on top and connects to your Switch and then uses augmented reality to put the virtual characters on your real life driving course.

The game releases on October 16th for $99.99 and you can either get a Mario or Luigi Set to start out with, but best believe Nintendo will be releasing other characters!
