Happy Star Wars Day!

Even though the coronavirus has you most likely quarantined you can still celebrate at home by making the franchise's ICONIC blue milk while stuck at home!

First seen in A New Hope (the first Star Wars movie to release), blue milk only requires a few ingredients and Disney actually released the recipe they use at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge for both the blue and green milk to get you as close to the real thing as possible. Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients for the Blue Milk:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cups pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cups coconut milk

  • 2 cups passion fruit juice
  • 3/4 coconut milk
  • 1/2 rice milk
  • 4 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 cups of ice or more
  • Green Food Coloring

  1. Stir together the milks, corn syrup, and coconut cream (if needed)
  2. Blend/mix fruit juices, fruit chunks, and ice
  3. Pour fruit mixture into milk mixture and stir
  4. Drop in 1-2 drops of food coloring and stir
  5. Refrigerate milk until ready to drink and enjoy!
