Dang you coronavirus! Not only are you delaying 2020 movies, but now you're delaying movies in 2021 and one that don't even have a release date!
Yesterday, Warner Bros. announced that it is moving THREE of its upcoming movie release dates because of the pandemic affecting production schedule. The Batman, Shazam! 2 and the upcoming Flash movie have all been delayed!
The Batman, which will star Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, the titular hero, was originally supposed to come out on June 25, 2021, but it will now release on October 1, 2021!
The Flash will move to June 3, 2022 and Shazam! 2 moves to November 4, 2022, but surprisingly James Gunn's The Suicide Squad will still come out in August 2021!
While it does stink that we have to wait even longer for these films, at least we can watch a Batman movie during Halloween, which seems very fitting!
