Get ready for your weekly installment of a "Florida Man" story, because a man in Florida might have had the most creative response to stopping, or at least reducing, hurricanes in their tracks!
In the video below you will see the man, who is also dressed up in a Hawaiian shirt, say that the best way to stop a hurricane would be to just drop big ice cubes in the ocean so that the warm water wouldn't increase the size of the storm.
The man suggests that the Navy or Air Force get involved with stopping storms by dropping the ice or flying in the opposite direction to reduce the wind speed, but we're not exactly sure that's how it works.
Only in Florida...
