Have you ever wondered why certain art exhibits say don't touch, or worse, have an invisible security system? It's so people like this selfie-taking girl don't destroy over $200,000 worth of art!!
While visiting the Hypercaine exhibit at the 14th Factory Museum in Los Angeles, the girl tried to take a selfie to post on Snapchat/Instagram and then trips into one exhibit that creates a domino effect.
The whole thing was captured on security cameras and she eventually knocked over 10 pedestals topped with art.
Only 3 art pieces were damaged, but hopefully the museum had insurance, but I feel like there's no such thing as a "selfie insurance!"
