If you're like me and stoked to see Han Solo get his own movie, then I have some sad news for you. The Han Solo movie just lost both of its directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller.
Sources claim that Phil Lord and Chris Miller left the film because of creative differences with the producers of the film. Apparently it's because Lord and Miller prefer a more improv-based film instead of sticking to the script.
While Phil Lord and Chris Miller have been on a hot-streak as of late due to their work on 21 Jump Street and The LEGO Movie, this sucks for all of us Star Wars fans.
Kathleen Kennedy, the head of Lucasfilm announced that they will be choosing a new director soon and that the film will still release in 2018.
I hope so because how could you ruin this completely perfect cast for the film?
