A small town in California celebrated the one-year birthday of a sinkhole in their town with cake, balloons, streamers and a sign that said "Happy Birthday" because the hole hasn't been fixed still.
The sinkhole formed on last March and even though the town's budget approved the project, the construction workers have taken their time fixing it.
The sinkhole left a portion of the town's main road to be shut down, costing a lot of local businesses to lose customers. At least the residents of the town are protesting/demanding action in a positive manner!
