The Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe, aka Salt Bae, is bringing his salting meats technique to NYC and London according to an interview with Hürriyet Daily News. He said he plans on opening his restaurant Nusr-et chain grill in the next few months.
Salt Bae said that meat has become his passion. He also clarified that the way he seasons meat is his way of 'blessing the meat'.
