Rebecca Newby is a 23-year-old high school English and creative writing teacher in Arkansas and wanted to spice up her normal passes so she put the Cardi B meme on her hall passes and they easily have to be the best hall passes of the school year so far!
The passes are adorned with lines like "Ms. Newby said I can go to the restroom" and if you had her as your English teacher you know you are in for a great school year.
