It Is Girl Scout Cookie Season!

This season marks the 101st year the Girl Scouts have been selling cookies, and in honor of that, the organization's bringing back the s'mores cookie. And, as always, you'll be able to purchase other popular cookie flavors, like Trefoils, Thin Mints, and Samoas. The full lineup of the products sold this year can be found here.

As of the 2014-15 season, Girl Scouts from participating regions can create a Digital Cookie platform to set cookie-selling goals, track their progress, and most importantly for you, manage orders. Girl Scouts can initiate sales online, via email, or in person at a cookie booth (no more "I don't have cash" as an excuse!), and customers can pay with Visa Checkout or a credit card. Then, you just have to be patient for a few days while you wait for your cookies to be delivered. In some areas, you can choose to have cookies delivered by a Girl Scout instead.

As with in-person sales, all of the proceeds of online sales go right back to the local Girl Scout council purchased from, providing girls with awesome leadership and learning experiences. If you don't know a Girl Scout, you'll have to buy them the old-fashioned way, or start asking around the office.
