Watching a Scary Movie is as Good for You as a 30-Minute Walk!

Believe it or not, scary movies can have the same impact on your aerobic and metabolic system as a 30-minute workout!

Research at the University of Westminster discovered that watching movies like Jaws, The Shining, or IT raised a person's heart rate, oxygen intake and carbon dioxide output!

Now if you pair it with watching a scary movie or show on the treadmill you'll be slimming down in no time! Just try not to scream for dear life when you're breathing at the same time! It won't end well!
