#ThrowbackoftheWeek: Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop)

Every week I throw it back to something awesome from any year before 2017 (or whatever year it is when you read this) that captured the hearts of hundreds of people and this week's throwback might be super obscure, unless you watched the movie BASEketball, but it is an amazing song! It's Scatman John's Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop)!

Are you not pumped up and super hyped right now?! Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop) was released in 1994 and while it didn't top the charts back then it definitely is a remnant of the '90s! The song was based on how Scatman John overcame his dificulties with stuttering and you can't even tell he had a stuttering issue!

The most simplistic lyrics of all time and even if you don't know what he's saying you can just pretend you do and fit right in! The song peaked at #10 on the Billboard Charts back in 1994 and was recently used in the second season of Netflix's Master of None!
