Frank Ocean, Tupac, and Rae Sremmurd Inspire New Marvel Comicbook Artwork

We thought it would all stop with Beyonce inspiring a Marvel comic book, but there is now MORE comic book artwork inspired by hip-hop royalty!

Editor-In-Chief at Marvel, Axel Alonso, revealed new covers for upcoming issues of Luke Cage, Spider-Man, ROYALS, Generation-X, and Nick Fury that has each character stylized to depict an iconic album cover from the past 20 years.

The first one is the Spider-Man series inspired by 2pac's All Eyez on Me:

You've probably seen Netflix's Luke Cage and if not you should because it's a great show, but the comic series was inspired by Method Man's Tical:

You've probably heard of the "Mannequin Challenge" and how Rae Sremmurd's song "Black Beatles inspired it, well their album SremmLife 2 inspired the cover of Generation X:

Nick Fury or Samuel L. Jackson in the cinematic universe actually has a comic book too that will be inspired by RZA's Bobby Digital:

And FINALLY the ROYALS series is inspired by Frank Ocean's Blonde:

Personally I think getting a comic book cover inspired by your album is even better than an Oscar! Statues come and go, but comic books can stay in pristine condition if you never touch it!
