There is a pizza place in NYC that is selling a rather interesting new slice... or lack there of? Villa Italia is selling "slices" of what they're calling "Just The Crust", served up hot in lil pizza boxes. Personally, I'm not a fan of that much crust without some sauce or something to break it up, so hopefully they sell some on the side... but that would be branching into breadstick territory, which the pizza joint *swears* these are not! In response to an Instagram commenter claiming these are literally breadsticks (because aren't they?) they responded back:
"they’re not breadsticks - they’re crusts! it’s a much more high quality experience"
