Saturday, September 22nd I will be hosting the St. Jude Golden Gala at the French Embassy to support a really awesome cause. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. They service families and never bill them for treatment, travel, housing or food – because they believe that all a family should worry about is helping their child survive. St. Jude is committed to saving lives and finding cures, and money raised during this event goes directly to doing just that.
I had the pleasure of speaking with two of the teens on the Golden Gala Parent and Teen committee, and they told me a bit more about the event.
