Jimmy Kimmel brought his 7-month-old Son Billy out during his monologue on December 11th, returning to his show after a slew of guests hosts that included Chris Pratt, Melissa McCarthy, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Neil Patrick Harris. Kimmel was out tending to his son's second open heart surgery, and while he acknowledged the amazing doctors that were able to help his son, he also gave a heartfelt plea-- while choking back tears-- to Congress regarding health care cuts. He urged his audience to reach out due to the cuts being made that threaten CHIP, Children’s Health Insurance Program, which helps pay for children with chronic health issues like heart disease and diabetes. "If these were potato chips they were taking away from us, we would be marching on Washington with pitchforks and spears right now," said Kimmel. Watch his passionate monologue below.
