It happens at least once a month... someone goes viral for a proposal that surprisingly hasn't been done before [well, hasn't been done with the Internet knowing, anyway].
This guy went and got a new tattoo with check boxes, told his girlfriend to get ready to tattoo him, then revealed another new tat she hadn't seen yet.
The video is cuter and actually more suspenseful than I anticipated.
