It KILLS me when I go into the shelter and the same pets are there after a month, two, or more. Miss Phoebe has been there for at least 2, probably more months. I never understand why the seemingly-perfect dogs are there for so long, but if you ever pass them up because "oh they're perfect, they'll find a home in no time," don't think that.
She's a ball of energy, who loves playing with balls, and I can't handle how cute her little bunny-hop-run is. You'll see it in the video below, but here's what her bio says:
Well hi! I'm Phoebe, a beautiful three year-old lady looking for my perfect forever home! I came to the Humane Rescue Alliance all the way from Alabama this past September to help make room in the shelter for animals displaced by the hurricanes. I am a very energetic dog who needs a house with space for me and an owner who is active and likes to exercise. I am very sweet and affectionate, but I definitely need to burn energy!
