Genndy Tartakovsky’s Clone Wars Series Is Coming To Disney Plus

It's been a pretty good year for Star Wars because not only did we get the final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, but Season Two of The Mandalorian was phenomenal and now things are going to get even better!

Genndy Tartakovsky’s Clone Wars series is officially coming to Disney Plus in April!!

Now if you don't remember, Tartakovsky's Star Wars: Clone Wars was an animated short series that aired on Cartoon Network before we even got a full series in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and it pretty much inspired all the Clone Wars content we've seen since the early 2000s.

While Tartakovksy’s series is frequently celebrated as one of the best Star Wars stories, it is not actually canon and therefore does not take place in Disney’s current version of the Star Wars universe, but with it being added to Disney Plus you can see where Star Wars could have gone.

Disney is also releasing a variety of other strange and non-canonical Star Wars projects on Disney Plus in April like Star Wars: Ewoks and The Story of the Faithful Wookiee, which was the first appearance of Boba Fett in all of Star Wars.

All the shows will be added on April 2nd, but to get a brief synopsis of the show and prepare yourself for next month, then check out the "Honest Trailer" for the show below!
