Get ready to drop back into Call of Duty because a new mode called Warzone is launching today and it's FREE TO PLAY!!
After months of teasing and leaks,Call of Duty: Warzone has FINALLY been revealed. and not only will it be FREE for EVERYONE, but it will also support cross-play so you can play with your friends no matter what console they might have.
Essentially Warzone is Call of Duty's Battle Royale mode like Fortnite and Apex Legends mode, but it will allow 150 players to play in the same match in squads of up to three people at the same time.
There will be a TON of vehicles to use in the game and apparently if you die in the game you have an opportunity to come back if you can beat another killed player in a virtual "gulag."
You don't even need Modern Warfare, the most recent version of Call of Duty to come out, to play because Warzone will be offered as a standalone game as well. Call of Duty: Warzone will be available as a free download on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One starting at 11am on March 10!
