Telltale Games Actively Seeking to Finish The Walking Dead After Closing

One of the more tragic news stories to break at the end of last week was that The Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us studio Telltale Games was shutting down and firing over 250 employees.

While the studio was keeping about 25 employees to finish out the company's obligations, we didn't learn until this week that those employees were not going to finish the remaining episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season, but instead finish the studio's partnership with Netflix on Minecraft: Story Mode.

However, in a recent tweet Telltale Game's Twitter account announced that multiple partners are interested in finishing the last two episodes of The Walking Dead: The Final Season.

While no studios have openly admitted that they are one of the interested parties, we hope that whoever ends up finishing the series knows what they are doing. May we suggest DONTNOD Entertainment since they already have success with the Life is Strange series?
