Even the director of The Last Jedi, Rian Johnson, knows this which is why he just released footage of Williams and his orchestra recording the opening fanfare for Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi!
Johnson most likely did this to honor Williams being nominated for his 51st Academy Award for Best Score! Fingers crossed he wins!!
