I've been cooking a lot more lately since the fiance and I are trying to save money by not using food prep services. House buying is pricey ya'll.
Not that I'm complaining at at, I actually miss cooking and experimenting with new flavors.But here's the thing about me as a cook, if it's got more than 5 ingredients or steps then I don't want to mess with it. That's why this Sweet Chili Salmon is going on my new Top 5 recipes. I found this one on Pinterest but just to break it down for you because I love to keep thing simple here ya go...
Sweet Chili Salmon :
Preheat Oven to 350
Place Salmon on tin foil in a glass pan ( make sure have enough foil to wrap around the salmon and make a pouch while cooking)
Season the fish with S/P
Baste on as much as you want of your choice store bought of Sweet Chili Sauce (I wasn't about to make mine)
Cover fish with foil and bake for 25-35 minute.
BOOM. Easy Peasy.
