Last year, Kings Dominion shattered my childhood when they announced they were closing "The Volcano" and the photos were SO heartbreaking.
Today, Kings Dominion released a video saying that "After nearly 4 million rides, the Crypt is sealed for good."
Not really sure what's going on in the jungle part of Kings Dominion, but with both "Volcano: The Blast Coaster" and now the "Crypt" closing (which is directly in front of where the "Volcano" used to be, questions now arise about the classic coaster, "Avalanche" since it's directly in between where these two rides used to stand.
Like the video says at the end: "Things are lurking in the jungle..." so I guess we'll have to wait and see if it'll be bigger and better...
