'Lizzie McGuire' Reboot on Hold, Original Creator Terri Minsky is Out!

I DON'T KNOW WHO TF I AM ABOUT TO FIGHT.

2020 is supposed to be a good year. It's supposed to be MY YEAR - and honestly, it started off that way. Now, 9 days into the new year, news breaks that after only 2 episodes of filming, the "Lizzie McGuire" reboot is officially on hold????

The original creator, Terri Minsky, was back in her position as well as producing it, but now, according to Variety, a Disney spokesperson said: “Fans have a sentimental attachment to ‘Lizzie McGuire’ and high expectations for a new series. After filming two episodes, we concluded that we need to move in a different creative direction and are putting a new lens on the show.”

This is not what I want. This is not what I planned. And I just gotta say...I👏🏼DO👏🏼NOT👏🏼UNDERSTAND👏🏼

This needs to get fixed ASAP because honestly, if they try to do with it what they tried to do with 'Girl Meets World' and make it VERY cheesy and not have the same heart as 'Boy Meets World' had and inevitably just had the older cast make appearances and make it about their kids, we gon' fight.
