Can You Guess Your State's Favorite '90s Movie?

Nostalgia for '90s era pop culture is at an all time high. One way to celebrate the popular decade is by looking back at our favorite movies from that time. From Titanic to Austin Powers, there's a lot to love about our favorite '90s films. Since so many beloved movies came out during that time period, though, everybody seems to have a differing opinion on which one really was the best. Our friends at Frontier Bundles took on the challenge of identifying the most popular '90s movie in every state. Here's how they did it:

Frontier Bundles identified the 20 highest grossing films released during the 1990s. They then analyzed Google Trends search volume around each movie from the past year to determine which one was most popular in every state. Here are their findings:

As you can probably tell from the map, Titanic was the most popular movie overall. Another interesting tidbit: we're seeing a bunch of these movies get remade in the present day, including The Lion King, or having long awaited sequels/spin offs being released, including Men In Black, Star Wars, and Toy Story.
