Rogue cow.
A literal, rogue cow, was running away from police, who in Texas, thought it was a good idea to put on their LOUD SIRENS to stop this cow from running away from them. I'm no expert, but yes, loud noises and blinking lights at a cow seems like a good idea to make it stay put.
Said cow gets spooked, runs RIGHT into a pedestrian, and the cops keep chasing it?
