Metro to Extend Hours for Tonight's Nationals' Game 5

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority announced that they are extending the operating hours on the metro for game 5 of the Nationals/Cubs Division Series at Nationals Park and the grand opening of The Wharf in Southwest D.C.

In a statement released by WMATA, they said "After Metro’s regular closing time, four stations — Navy Yard-Ballpark, Waterfront, L’Enfant Plaza and Capitol South – will remain open for “entry only.” All other Metro stations will be available for “exit only""

The last Green Line will depart toward Greenbelt at 12:22 AM and the final train towards Branch Avenue will depart at 12:48AM from Navy Yard-Ballpark Station.
