Montgomery County Department of Transportation has declared a Snow Emergency in effect 7pm Monday. Parking is restricted along any snow emergency route.
You may park in any County-owned parking garage for free 7pm Monday through Midnight Tuesday night.
The City of Rockville has also declared a snow emergency and require ALL CARS to be moved off city roads and neighborhood streets.
