Well, now we know why things take so long with WMATA and METRO in DC!


The beleaguered DC mass-transit train system, called METRO by locals, but referred to as the TUBE or SUBWAY or TRAIN by tourists which infest the Nation's Capital during the Summer months, seems to be trying a new advertising campaign aimed at helping to make the transit service's image less sucky in the eyes of consumers.
