According to TMZ, Drake Bell has been charged with attempted endangering children at the Cuyahoga County Jail in Ohio in addition to facing charges of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Cleveland police arrested the former Drake & Josh star and TMZ has acquired his mugshot, which appears to contain a smirk from the teen actor.
Bell pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 bond.
TMZ reported that the incident he is being charged for allegedly occurred three and a half years ago on December 1, 2017...the same day he was supposed to play a show in Cleveland.
