A California wildfire that torched nearly 1,600 acres of land claimed the home of one of 'The Big Bang Theory''s leading scientists, Johnny Galecki.
Johnny's ranch style home was located in San Luis Obispo, CA when the 2.5 mile wide fire consumed the home. Johnny spoke to TMZ about the tragedy saying "My heart goes out to all in the area who are also experiencing loss from this vicious fire, the threat of which we live with constantly -- which may seem crazy to some, but we do so because living in our beautiful, rural area makes it worthwhile."
Johnny plays Dr. Leonard Hofstadter in CBS's hit sitcom "The Big Bang Theory' and was unharmed in the incident.
