Around DC, prepare for about an inch of snow across grassy surfaces, northern Montgomery County could see 1-2. The ground has been warm the past two days, so most accumulation will be on grassy surfaces and cars, though some accumulation on roads is possible.
Baltimore, especially north and west, will see the most significant snowfall with totals quickly increasing as you travel north towards Pennsylvania.
