 Raising more than $25,000 the winner of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's 2017 High School Challenge is Walter Johnson High School of Bethesda, MD.  Principal Jennifer Baker, Coordinator Mollie Carlin and the leadership class rallied together to get students motivated to give and learn more about the LLS mission. Walter Johnson has been a proud supporter of Pennies for Patients for 12 years. Since starting in 2005 their school has raised over $400,000 to help blood cancer patients.

This year 12 participating High Schools this year raised over $90,000! Congratulations to everyone who is making someday today  for blood cancer patients and their families and changing the landscape of cancer!
